I'm a psychologist, parent, and outdoor enthusiast who feels lucky to live and work in Northern BC.

The name Trailhead reflects my belief that growth begins with a single step, and the photographs featured throughout this website were taken on my adventures hiking, mountain biking, camping, kayaking, and generally wandering around outside.

When I’m not at work you’ll usually find me outdoors with my family, reading, gardening, or throwing sticks for my dog.
