Therapy

I offer in-person and virtual individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, phobias, stress, burnout, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

Therapy services are offered through a waitlist. Direct billing is not available at this time; however, receipts are provided for reimbursement where applicable. Sliding-scale fees may be available on a limited basis.

Assessment

Psychological assessment can clarify mental health concerns, answer diagnostic questions, and guide treatment planning. Assessments typically involve a clinical interview, standardized measures, review of relevant records, and a comprehensive written report with recommendations.

Available assessment types include:

  • Diagnostic clarification and treatment planning

  • Mental health assessment

  • Return-to-work planning

  • Psychological IME

  • Fitness-for-duty

I do not currently offer psychoeducational, ADHD, or autism assessments.

Consultation

I offer consultation, workshops, and presentations for organizations, healthcare providers, and community groups. Areas of consultation can include mental health, trauma, psychological wellness, rehabilitation, return-to-work planning, workplace functioning, and other topics tailored to the needs of your organization.

Consultation services are collaborative and practical, with an emphasis on translating psychological knowledge into meaningful and actionable recommendations.
